Chan Hiu Man CPA & Co. is a CPA firm specializes in auditing and taxation consultancy.

The founder, Ms CHAN, is a practicing certified public accountant, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Hong Kong Taxation Institution.

Our team's skill includes a trilingual skill set, the ability to communicate fluently with clients from both local and foreign countries, the ability to serve companies ranging from Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) to large conglomerates. We also provide company secretarial, accounting, auditing, tax planning, corporate consultancy, finance advisory services which are all done swiftly and professionally along with total solutions for your corporate needs.

Our company's core focus is in providing high quality accounting and auditing, company formation, secretarial services, design and trade mark registration, tax planning on both local and off-shore claims for personal and corporates. We also provide corporate finance back-up, operational review and due diligent for new acquisitions assignments and selling of business.

During her past 16 years, she serves companies ranging from SMB to large conglomerate enterprise and gain experience for Company secretarial, Accounting, Auditing, Tax Planning, resolve of Inland Revenue Department tax investigation, Capital /Fund raising, Risk Management, Business Control Review and Business Process Re-engineering services.
